When you sign up to invitbox the first thing to do is visit the Admin Tab and set a few settings. To view the Admin Tab full support index and video click here
To access your company settings go to Admin > Company Settings
Redirect email - very important!
If your invitbox account receives an email that does not contain an invoice or is an incompatible file such as Word, Excel etc we will forward the email to this address so you don't miss seeing it.
Select a Sign-off Type to define how your invoices are approved based on these options:
1. UserOnly - Invoices are signed off by a single user. The Approved tab will be removed and signing off an invoice will move it straight from the InTray to the Signed Off tab for export.
2. Secondary - Invoices are approved by a user in the InTray and signed-off by an Admin or AP in the Approved tab.
3. Executive - Invoices are approved by a user in the InTray and signed-off by a selected number of Executives in the Approved tab.
NB. users must be given Executive Sign-off privilege to perform sign-off after selecting the Executive type. Go to Admin > Users to add this privilege. For more information on what Executive Sign-off is, click here.
Allow Invitbox Support
From time to time you may wish to allow invitbox access to your account - you may need help with an invoice, or need some assistance with your account set-up. Whatever the reason, you can give the invitbox support team access to your account by checking this box. It can be unchecked at any time.
