The “Let’s Get Going” program is a 3-month service provided by invitbox Support. It is a no-hassle way to get going with invitbox, taking that last little bit of stress away.
With “Let’s Get Going” you can focus on on-boarding your suppliers, start to make savings and organize your office and financial life even quicker.
It’s a managed service through which our invitbox support team will help you set-up and manage your account on a daily basis. All you need to worry about is approving your bills, and coming to terms with having extra time on your hands, and extra space where your filing cabinets used to be.
What do you get?
- Automatic mapping for 3 months without the need to do Find map, Try map, Use map, or Map for Me
- New suppliers will be created by our team
- Advice provided on each bill via the notes function where necessary
- Priority support for any technical or usability matters.
- A 1 hour training session for you via GoToMeeting including how to set up your invitbox account
Invitbox Support will also review your “In Tray” and ensure that bills and the approvals process are transitioning smoothly, as well as saving the correct maps as 'Best Maps' so invoices will in future go directly to the Intray the next time that same person (email address) sends an invoice to you.
Okay....so what exactly does Automatic mapping mean?
Each morning (Monday to Friday) we will go into your Unknowns tab and apply/create maps to your bills for you.
We will assign those bills to existing Suppliers or create new Suppliers within invitbox for you.
Provided that there is an obvious Supplier Card (from your accountancy software), we will match that to your Supplier.
What we cannot do is create new Accountancy Supplier Cards for you, we cannot assign default GL Codes, Tracking Categories/Classes etc, or assign the Supplier to a Group (if you are using groups). You need to perform these tasks yourself via Admin > Supplier > edit.
Please Note: Manual Entries will still need to be completed by you, manual entry is not included in Lets Get Going.
We recommend that each day during Lets Get Going you jump into the Admin tab> Supplier > edit list to keep defaults up to date. The reason we suggest you do this very regularly is that when a bill enters the Intray, defaults are assigned to it. If there are no defaults for that Supplier, no defaults will be assigned, and you will need to select these for each bill that is in the Intray.

How do I get going?
Just log on to invitbox, Admin > Company Settings > edit and then check the Lets Get Going box - one of our team will get back to you to talk it all through.
One-hour Beginners session $99
If you and your team would like to take part in a one hour introduction to invitbox, we can facilitate that via a GoTo Meeting or Skype. Just have a play with invitbox first, get your questions together and contact us to lock in a time.
Three-hour Gurus training $275
This course is aimed at clients who want to get into
