Invitbox allows you to set the number of users who can approve bills. You can set from 1 to 4 approvers. The default setting is 2 Approvers.
To change the number of Approvers, Go to Admin > Company Settings
The Sign-off Type allows you to vary the number of Approvers as follows:
1 - User Only removes the Approved tab from your account, meaning an approval of an bill from InTray will move it straight to Signed Off tab.
2 - Secondary - the default setting. After the approval of a bill in the InTray, a secondary sign-off in the Approved tab is required (it can be by the same person) to move the bill to the Signed Off tab.
3 - Executive - you choose how many executive sign-offs are required. After the approval of a bill from the InTray, approval by a number of different users (who have executive sign off privileges) is required in the Approved tab to move the bill to the Signed Off tab. To set executive status for a user, go to Admin > Users > select user > Edit, and check the box.
