Because Saasu and invitbox are both cloud-based, set-up and connectivity between the systems is seamless.
Once you have chosen Saasu from the drop-down list in the Accountancy Software section of the Admin tab, you will notice that only one item needs set-up.
In Saasu, go to the Settings icon (top left of your screen) > Setting (for this file).
To the right hand side of the next screen you will see Web Services Access Key. Click it. You will then see something like the following.
Go to Admin > Software Settings > set-up. Enter the File ID and the Web Services Access Key, then click OK.
If your login to Saasu accesses more than one Saasu Company please be sure to connect to the correct Saasu account.
Once you complete this screen you will be asked if you wish to synchronise your Saasu data with Invitbox. Choosing to do so will import all the required Saasu data to invitbox in one transaction. Your Saasu Supplier Contacts, GL Codes, and Tags should now be available in invitbox.
Invitbox and Saasu are now sync’d.
These sets of data can also be imported individually at any time. Please refer to the relevant section for more information.
Are you having trouble connecting?? If you received an error message: "You do not have the authority to perform this action" then you need to make sure that the user has Admin access in Invitbox to be able to make that connection. Once the connection has been made you can change it back to a being a User.
