Importing Classes & Locations from QBO
When you connected your invitbox account with QBO for the first time, invitbox would have imported your Classes and Locations if you asked invitbox to do so via the Software Settings sub-menu. See here.
However, if you did not have them activated, but you have subsequently activated them in QBO, go to the Admin tab, and under Software Settings > edit check the boxes beside Classes and/or Locations to import them.
Please note, you can only assign a category at invoice/bill level, not at line level.
Classes can however be assigned either at an invoice/bill level, or at a line-by-line level.
If you want to create new Classes or Locations, you need to do so in QBO. It should also be noted that if you add new Classes or Locations in QBO you can import the new ones to invitbox via Admin > Software Settings > edit as described above.
Error explanations: When synchronising your Classes & Locations have you received the following error:
'An error has occurred importing from QuickBooksOnline. Please contact Invitbox support if you require further assistance."
