Not a problem!
When you registered your invitbox company you chose an @invitbox.com email address. If you want to change that simply
- log in to your invitbox account
- click the Support button at the top right of your screen
- Go to the third tab across the top "Submit a Request"
We will then get back to you in order to validate that request.
Please note, you should not make a request to change your @invitbox.com name unless you are an Administrator on the account.
Once we change the @invitbox.com name for you, any emails that are sent to your old @invitbox.com account will simply go nowhere. Those emails will NOT be forwarded to your new @invitbox.com account. If you have already communicated to your suppliers your old @invitbox.com email address you will need to re-communicate with all of them again.
