On occasion you may have an issue that you would like us to investigate. By selecting “Allow Invitbox Support” within the Admin tab you are effectively giving us permission to log into your account in order to provide support.
Please do the following to allow Invitbox access to be able to help you if you have a problem:
Go to Admin > My Company Information - Company Settings > edit
The below image will be shown. You then select the “Allow Invitbox Support” box
The invitbox team will then be able to access your account as though they were an Administrator of your business. At any stage you can uncheck this box to prevent access.
To provide us access to your account you need to go to your Admin tab> Under the heading ‘My Company Information’ select Company Settings - EDIT. Then put a tick in the box 'Allow Invitbox Support'.
