Yes you can.
Each User can go to the Admin tab > My Profile > User details, and set whether they wish to receive reminder emails/notifications and how often they wish to receive them. The email will inform you for each account you're a User of, how many invoices are in the Unknowns, Intray, Approved etc tabs & what tasks you need to complete within invitbox. The email subject will be Invitbox Dashboard.
Note that you cannot change this setting for another User, as you need to be logged in as that person to access your User profile settings. A shortcut to this setting is to click on your name in the top left corner.
The image above shows you the options you can choose;
For Frequency you can select:
Daily- you will receive 1 email per day.
Weekly- you will be asked which day of the week you want to receive the reminder.
Monthly- you will be asked for the date, between the 1st and the 28th of each month.
All emails will be sent around 2.30am Australian Eastern Standard Time (GMT +10hours)
The notification email you receive will contain a table as shown below.
If you have any items in each tab, the number of bills or tasks to actioned will be noted.
A field with "9 (4)" indicates you have 9 bills in total and 4 of them are unread.
